Electrics come in the schedule after strip-out and structure and before plastering and finishing. That way boxes, conduits and connections end up in the right place and everything is concealed before the walls are finished. The work is carried out according to the applicable standards for domestic electrical installations.

Do you also do separate electrical jobs?

We do electrics as part of a renovation or remodel, so it is installed and concealed properly in one go.

Does my consumer unit need replacing?

That depends on its age and the number of circuits. If heavy loads are added, such as an induction hob or underfloor heating, extending or replacing it is often necessary. We check this at the introduction.

Can you add extra sockets and spots at the same time?

Yes. A renovation is exactly the moment for that, because the walls and ceilings are open.
