Layout, materials and details on paper, with a quote that covers everything.

4. preparation

Works preparation, permits, structural engineer, materials and the right craftspeople at the right moment.

5. building

From strip-out and shell work via services to finishing and bespoke work. With one point of contact.

6. handover

Through the house together, point by point. And afterwards we stay available.
