step 3 of 6
plan & quote
Layout, materials and details on paper, with a quote that covers everything.
plan & quote
A good plan prevents discussion on site.
We work out the layout, choose materials and record the details that make the difference: a skirting board, a steel-framed screen, the junction of old and new. If you work with an architect or interior designer, we coordinate with them.
The quote is complete and readable. You know what happens, when it happens and what it costs.
