We make the schedule, arrange the structural engineer and the permit or notification with the municipality where needed, order materials and assign the right craftsperson to each part. That way everything is ready the moment it is needed.
No separate trades who happen to arrive one after another, but one team working together on the end result.

Load-bearing walls out, steel beams in, openings and new floors. With a structural engineer and the right calculation.
Electrics
New consumer unit, wiring, lighting and connections. Installed before walls and floors are closed up.
Plumbing
Water, drainage, heating and underfloor heating. Pipework you never see again, but do notice.
