renovating in Zevenaar
living in Zevenaar
Zevenaar is the largest town in the Liemers, with a historic centre and residential neighbourhoods from different periods around it. That also means different kinds of renovations: an older town house needs a different approach than a family home from the 1990s.
a renovation tailored to the house
In an older home we first look at the structure, the floors and the services, because that is often where most of the work lies. In a newer home it is more often about the layout, the bathroom and the finishing. In both cases we make a plan first, so you know what you are starting.
why one party works better
In a renovation with separate trades you have to keep the overview: who comes when, who is responsible for what. With us, that overview lies with us. One point of contact, one schedule, one quote.
